REPORTS TO: Athletic Director 

 

SEASON: mid-March to mid-May, with postseason tournaments to follow

 

SCHEDULE: Most meets are Monday, Wednesday, or Friday afternoons. *Subject to change

 

SKILLS REQUIRED: Previous coaching at the high school level (sport specific
ideally) and experience with teenagers is preferred. Candidate should be dependable, detail oriented, exhibit strong leadership skills, communicate expectations clearly and consistently, willing to work within a coaching staff atmosphere, able to travel with the team to and from away contests, and meet or be willing to complete all Conway School District and NHIAA requirements.
